Being an interior designer hailing from Milan, the land of contemporary aesthetics, my stay at B&B La Perla Blu in Levanto was a blend of expectation and realization. Situated conveniently close to the train station, the location was practical for our explorations. The spacious room reflected a clean and modern Italian design, creating a pleasant ambiance. Despite the absence of certain amenities like ironing facilities and free toiletries, the room offered essential comfort with a nice touch of a flat-screen TV. The accommodating staff and good breakfast played a significant role in our experience, amplifying the sense of value. While the price tag may be on the higher side, especially without free Wi-Fi, the overall experience was satisfactory. Levanto itself proved to be a tranquil hideaway, away from the overtouristed crowds, making it a suitable base for our Cinque Terre escapades. All in all, La Perla Blu offers a reasonable blend of luxury and cost efficiency for travelers seeking a practical yet stylish retreat in Levanto.
